We want you to love your Gracie Abrams Official Store gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition merchandise and digital media are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
